Owners, John & Nancy Charlebois have called Maine their home since 2001. John discovered Maine while stationed at Loring Air Force Base in Limestone for three years, and Nancy grew up vacationing in Maine each summer. Both were drawn back to Maine because of its community, its atmosphere, and their belief that people in Maine strive for a life in greater balance with the natural world and natural healing.

Jade Integrated Health offers physical therapy services for those experiencing pain and / or limited function related to an injury. Physical therapy services are performed only by a licensed therapist & conducted in a one-on-one manner in a private treatment room, small gym or in the pool. At Jade, I always feel completely cared for.

Acupuncture is one of the eight branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM is an ancient medicine backed by thousands of years of case studies and supported by modern research. People turn to this modality for a variety of medical conditions including acute injury, chronic pain, and imbalance in any of the major body systems (cardiovascular, digestive, musculoskeletal, etc.).

Massage promotes healthy soft tissues by increasing circulation, improving delivery of nutrients to soft tissue for growth and repair, while facilitating the removal of metabolic waste. At Jade Integrated Health, we provide customized massage therapy performed by our licensed massage therapists. Not only is massage relaxing but it also contributes to a healthy pregnancy.
New Mom Home Visits

As a practice, Jade Integrated Health is always looking for new ideas to improve our patient care and have a positive impact on our community's quality of life. Since we are passionate about women's prenatal and postpartum care, we are excited to offer in-home care to new mothers. In those first few weeks of motherhood, it can be difficult to get out to access care.
