The people at Floorology not only exceeded our expectations but also went above and beyond. We initially worked with Floorology after our master bathroom shower began leaking into our basement...and I cannot express how happy I am that we did. From the first point of contact, we were very impressed. We set up an appointment with Angela and left that day feeling so excited about the new shower she helped us design. She was so incredibly helpful, worked with us and honestly cared about what we were looking for. The communication back and forth regarding our project was always prompt and professional

My husband and I always knew we wanted to install wood floors on the main level of our home. In February of this year, we teamed up with Floorology to make that happen! Angela helped me with the design process and talked me through the various choices in flooring from vinyl to hard wood! Instead of being overwhelming, it was so much fun! About a week before the installation was to occur, our basement flooded, and before we knew it, our main floor project was turned into floor re-do of the entire house. Thank goodness we were working with a company as wonderful as Floorology. Tim was incredible

Stopped there today (6-18-18). We are currently shopping for a quartz counter top. Told by Kelly that they cannot sell us a counter top unless we buy a floor. Sort of like you can't buy a car until you first purchase a truck from the dealer. Explained that this is an insurance job and we wanted to do counter first and then the floor (solid wood). Both purchases to be finalized in the next week or two.
The two jobs would have been 20-25 thousand dollars total. She said that's not how they do business. Customer must purchase the floor first. Ignorance and greed at it's very best.

After visiting and conversing with multiple tile stores we chose Floorology in Rothschild without hesitation. Right from the start, the employees were helpful and demonstrated exceptional product and "how to" knowledge, and their suggestions were shared even though prior to discovering Floorology, one of our tile purchases was from a private home owner with left-over tile. (We purchased wall tile and cut rock tile from Floorology.)
