Big Island Pond added a mudroom and laundry room to our home and replaced the deck and porches. They also helped with the design. It was a pleasure working with this company. They were flexible with my many change requests along the way and always addressed my concerns. They truly wanted to make sure we were happy with the result, and we are. These are good and competent people. I highly recommend Big Island Pond for your remodeling project.

The single best experience we've ever had working with a contractor (or anyone else that has ever worked at our home). Fred and Michelle aren't just great at what they do, they are great people, and we count ourselves lucky to have been able to work with them. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and go with Big Island Pond Remodeling.

Michelle, Fred, and the team at BIP are a great group of people to work with. They remodeled my master bathroom in the summer of 2019 and I am very pleased with the results. If you value communication, quality, and an attention to detail then BIP is a safe bet. In fact, I've just met with them to discuss another project and I won't be soliciting any other proposals.

He has done almost everything here including installing a Full Shed Dormer on my Cape, replaced windows, entry doors (with Provia - which are awesome), basement windows, a new roof, installed siding, Sheetrock, and hardwood flooring. Honestly, he can do it all. I am also very grateful to get him here, as Marlboro MA (in metro-west) is a bit of a drive from where he lives. When he is working here, I am very confident in the quality of the
