At our comprehensive clinic, we prescribe clients with medication that treats substance abuse through an outpatient program in a comfortable, modern, and private office setting. We also offer counseling services for individuals, couples, families, co-occurring disorders, domestic violence, and addiction treatment.

D.J. is the full-time clinical counselor at NuLease. She is a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She received her undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University in Texas and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia.

I have been to Nu Lease as a patient of both their MAT and COVID testing. I have never been to a facility “especially in the medical field” that goes out of their way to make a person feel welcomed, and at ease like Nu Lease. Every worker I encountered was friendly, kind, helpful and most of all nonjudgmental. They have helped me so much to understand who I am and why I made some of the choices I have made in the past. I recommend them highly! Their testing facility is immaculate and I also got my results back quicker than I expected. They get an A++ in my book! Thank you Nu Lease.

I have been going to get PCR tested here since the beginning and it has been great. I walked up to the door this morning to get a test and they were only doing rapids. I was very disappointed because I really needed a PCR test. They should have more information about testing online to tell you which tests are available. I tried calling several times to get more information and no one answered. I probably won't be going back unless they start doing PCR testing again.

All this place care about is money they do not want to help you ween down they give clients $50 Walmart card to give good reviews what a joke you have to have different appointment for everything you will have an appointment 1 day and they will make you come back the very next day so they can change your insurance 2 time instead of taking care of Everything in 1day stay clear of them and good luck

The doctors and nurses here are amazing. The office staff/management is a joke. They overbook and don’t value patients time at all. The “groups” are nothing more than a way for them to charge your insurance. If you want an easy way to get suboxone though, this is the place for you. Good luck getting off of it though.

I came here yesterday for a Covid test and I got extremely amazing treatment. I want to give a shout out to Summer who was so incredibly polite and made my process amazing. She even took the time to call me that evening with my results just to make sure that I have received them. She really made my day. I highly recommend this facility and I highly recommend Summer :-)

Love this place. It has been a true blessing. I've been able to get not only my addiction treated but they have psychiatrists here and regular family physicians. It's a 1 stop shop and I love it. Everyone knows me by name and everyone is very attentive and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking treatment!

This program is a life changer. If you want help there is no reason you cannot succeed with this program. Their number one thing is ACCOUNTABILITY. You must be accountable. You will find love, support and kindness here. ❤ The staff treats everyone like family, and that means calling you on your stuff when you need it. This is a judgment free, understanding place that sets the standard. This is NO pill-mill so if that's what you're looking for this is not the place for you!

I have been going here for a couple years and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the people here. They have been AMAZING and VERY HELPFUL. I really like being able to call them after hours and talk to someone if I need to. Their number 1 goal is to help and you will never be judged here. This facility has changed my life. When I first came here, it took me over a month to take it seriously but they kept working with me. Now I’ve been going here for about a year. You are in and out at this facility in less than two hours. All of the counselors, doctors, and other staff are so friendly and go out of their way to get to know you and will help you any way they can.
