One of the best private builders in the Sacramento Area. The homes are of the highest quality and they excel with both customer service and sales.
They've been building in the Sacramento area since the 90s and played a large role in the boom in Lincoln and are now building consistently in Rancho Cordova and Granite Bay. Unlike a lot of the bigger national builders, Premier pays a lot more attention to detail and is locally owned, giving them staff and leadership a more distinct knowledge of the area and what the buyers want. Definitely recommend buying from them!

PH has excellent design, high quality houses, and outstanding service! During my journey of looking of a new house, I found that they have the best customer support in the industry. I feel lucky to have found them as the builder of my new house. We have been having a great experience with Premier Montelena so far. It has been great working with Alex Limon, and getting information about loans from Laura Spiro. Everyone has been very transparent with all information needed, very friendly, helpful, and responsive to any questions. My husband and I have been having a wonderful, first time home buying experience.
