In the spirit of Ahimsa (non-violence), always. As a proactive measure, MTN Yoga has decided to pause all in-studio offerings again, until there's no longer a virus surge in our community. We're so grateful to continue being able to engage with our community through live-streamed classes. A huge THANK YOU to everyone for being incredibly supportive and very understanding.

For now, head to our schedule page for the latest livestream classes. We all have a choice in these trying times. We can be a passive observer and be "lived" by social media exposure and other endless distractions. Yoga is a process of self-transformation. It is embodied self-inquiry that brings together mind, body, heart, and spirit in a focused manner.

Mountain Yoga is a place to feel safe, have fun, and explore yoga regardless of your experience level. At every Mountain Yoga class, you will be guided and supported by certified yoga instructors who are compassionate, knowledgeable and invested in your growth as a yoga student and a human being. Our foundation is flow style yoga with strong roots in alignment, but we also offer many other types of yoga.

2. Make sure you have the Mindbody app on your phone or computer connected to your MTN Yoga account. Make sure your current email address is connected to that account. In addition to live classes, we are currently collecting and recording classes (15-60 minutes long) from our teachers. Our recorded class library will continue to grow.
