My husband and I brought in an heirloom ring for replacement of a missing diamond and also purchased a diamond wedding anniversary band. Staff provided prompt care and delivery on both pieces of jewelry. They were helpful with selection. Both pieces were ready on their promised dates and they sent texts notifying me for pickup. Very nice selection! Store has a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend this family-owned business!

I was impressed. I took my rope necklace in there to get a repair. It had broke in the middle. I was going to ask the young lady to make sure that while they had it to check and make sure my clasp was not worn. But before I had a chance to say anything she had her optical glass out and was checking every single inch of the necklace.
She informed me that they were a little bit backed up in repairs. But the necklace was completed on the day that they told me it would be. I cannot even tell where the necklace was repaired.
