Dr. Nedith Casquete was born and raised in Puerto Rico, the oldest daughter of three children. In 1993, Dr. Casquete obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez campus. During that same year, she was married and migrated to Texas, where she worked as a bilingual teacher for elementary students.
