Report
Today's businesses are slowly growing disenchanted with both large and small law firms that are over-priced and failing to provide a personable experience. While many large businesses can afford to have an attorney on staff, the fact of the matter is most small businesses simply do not have that luxury.
Fort Worth
Report
Texas has some of the fastest growing communities in the nation. According to a 2016 article by Forbes, Texas hosts two of the top five growing cities in the US. Austin sits at number 1 and Dallas at number 3. In North Texas, the I-35, I-20, I-45 and I-30 corridors combined with the toll roads and highways has the North Texas metroplex situated for even more rapid growth.
Estate Law
Report
Estate Planning under Texas Law is an intricate part of every individual's life. More often than not, a will gets overlooked much like a trip to the dentist. People tend to forget about their mortality with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and put off their will to a later date.

The bottom line is, if you die intestate (without a will) in Texas, the costs and time for your relatives and heirs will far surpass the small cost and time it takes to prepare your Texas will in advance. The common misconception with having a Texas Will prepared is the idea that only senior citizens need assistance with their estate.
