Sometimes you don't realize how bad something is until you change horses - which I have now just done. But they will not give me a file which is a baseline photo of my retina. They have printed and snail mailed my records, but state that they cannot e-mail a high res file of my retina scan because of security issues ( which I need as a baseline to determine if an issue is getting worse). So they mailed low res scan and all my written records where they can sit in a mailbox at the end of a driveway easily stolen - but cannot e-mail a photo to me directly because of security rules? I had my first appointment with Dr. David K. Stonnell. I've been seeing opthalmologists for years and he is now my favorite. Dr. Stonnell took the time to explain everything in an easy to understand way and he made sure all my questions were answered. Bonus: The office staff is phenomenal too!
