For every appointment at check-in, you will be required to pay a standard fee for the visit before being seen. Any additional fees for service will be billed to you. We realize that unexpected situations can occur. For example, you learn that your health insurance does not cover a needed service or will pay only a small portion of the expense or maybe you are experiencing hard financial times.

Dr. Vines, a native of Greensboro, NC, completed his undergraduate education at NC State University, majoring in Zoology (minor in Genetics). He completed his medical training at UNC, specializing in Family Medicine and remains on faculty as an Adjunct Professor. He has cared for patients in Orange County for over 20 years.
