I went to Westport Dental for X-ray, teeth cleaning. I have crowns from previous dental work and hoping Dr. Donna Woo will adjust my bite. My experience at this dental office was comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional. First, the X-ray tech was gentle and not rush. Later Dr. Woo cleaned my teeth throughly and very detail; she was gentle with dental tools. Afterward She patiently adjusted the crowns and my bite felt so much better. She is patient and a good listener. Thank you for your help dr. Woo. I’ll get a night guard in another visit. 😃

Wonderful Office! I have been coming to Westport Dental for over a year now, it is a fantastic office! Jackie is amazing, she is on top of things, she always followed through, and is a pleasure to speak with on the phone, you can always hear the smile in her voice.

She been also helping me with Laser treatments for TMJ related pain. As a very intelligent dentist, she wants to research in depth and give treatments accordingly. I had a very good experience at this practice. It's neat, clean & well decorated. The front desk staff, Jackie, is polite and friendly. I had x-rays done. Although it was uncomfortable the lady doing it tried her best to reduce my discomfort. Dr. Whu did a wonderful job on my deep cleaning and she's super nice too!

Got my teeth done here and it was amazing! My last dentist scarred me into not going to dentist and think all procedures were painful. Dr. Ly and her assistant Kenia were great with me. I had no pain and they even took the time to reassure me when I got anxious. Very great work with my teeth and even made my fillings white instead of grey. Front staff Jackie was great with appointments and helped me picked what best fit my schedule.

I've been patient enough - DO NOT GO HERE. They overcharged me by $60 for a basic cleaning and xray. For 10+ years we ALL know those are preventative services with insurance and you only pay the copay. They pressure me to pay $95 for preventative cleaning saying it was 'special type of cleaning'. I push back a few times but like the get some shady sales tactics by the front desk...they push me to pay it. I figured it was a mistake and my insurance would later cover it.
I call my insurance and they pretty much say its ridiculous Westport Dental charged this.

So for all you chickens that are petrified to go to the dentist no need to fear westport dental is here! Dr. Ly and her staff are the best! I have major anxiety of going to the dentist so much so that when I went to Dr. Ly she recognized it right away and prescribed me medicine just to calm my anxiety. Needless to say it worked and the whole time her only concern was my comfort. She was so gentle that I had all my dental work done and I needed alot! From route canals to bridges and just filling of my cavities she worked with me and my insurance to make sure that I was covered. In the past I stopped

Terrible! I went to Dr. Ly and she informed me that I had 15 cavities on my initial visit. I am an avid brusher and have had one minor cavity in my 35 years. I was shocked!! After the office manager quoted me over $3000 to take care of all the required fillings, I walked out. I immediately made an appointment with another dentist and was told I have ZERO cavities. My new dentist spent around 20 minutes with me one on one reassuring me that I was cavity free. This dentist wants your money. Do not go here

Just had my first visit at Westport dental, and as much as I dislike going to the dentist my experience here was nothing but great! Everything from checking in and x-rays went so smooth. Dr. Ly and her team maid my experience here so amazing. Dr. Ly was extremely kind and professional, she took the time explaining everything I needed done and answered all my questions. I'm so glad I have finally found my Dentist.

I gave them 2 stars because I have not gone in the office to deal with them at all. My review is based on a phone call I made to them on 7/2/2018. So if you are looking for ortho treatment this is not the place to go as the lady on the phone said they are only a general dentist and only refer you to an ortho, she also mentioned that they do not have an ortho onsite. I explained to her I had read reviews and also drove by their office and I saw a sign that reads "braces" she said oh we forgot to move the sign we don't do that anymore.
