Extremely unprofessional staff and Doctor. I literally called there official multiple times and sent emails no answer. when I finally get to speak to them I was advised I would get a call back nothing. took we about 3 months to get to speak to a competent to set an appointment. I then switched my appointment to virtual do everything I have to, I am told the DR will call me... and almost 2 months later nothing! Good luck! because I'm sure if yo have complications after surgery I'm sure they will ignore you.

Dr. Gonzalez is miracle worker, I went for a Tummy Tuck and from the beginning his staff and Dr. Gonzalez were very helpful and very thorough on all the concerns I had. My results are amazing and he does the best BELLY BUTTONS EVER, You must see them.

Really bad experience, I wonder if the front desk or the Doctor dont know anything about customer service, with so many surgeons to choose from, they should make and effort to make the customers feel more comfortable. I went for a consultation for a procedure and they sent me an estimate of my procedure plus something that I did say twice I didnt want. So if they dont listen their patients I can imagine how the outcome would be. NOT recommend!
