Medi-Planner Filling Service

Medications must be filled at Quality Care Pharmacy. We can use up medications from other pharmacies, but then have to transfer the prescription to Quality Care for liability reasons. Over the counter medication can be added to medi-planners (OTCs must be purchased at Quality Care Pharmacy). For the first fill of medi-planners, the patient will receive 3 full boxes.
