I’ve lived here for a few months now, and tbh it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. Since I’ve lived here my stove has been broke, only one burner works. I’ve told them multiple times and nothing has been fixed. I’ve seen roaches a few times, I’ve told the office and it’s like it’s totally normal to them. We pay a trash fee every month and this is how the trash looks 90% of the time. This is supposed to be a “ gated” community but the gate has been broken since moving in. Don’t recommend living here. I should of read reviews before hand. Yeah they are cheap but we now

I am currently in the middle of the application process. As soon as my husband and I drove through the gate I was saying how nice the grounds were. Beautifully maintained and not cluttered. When we walked in the office I was surprised at how clean and beautiful it was. The office! We were greeted immediately by a nice woman (didn't get her name) and was told that Marcus would be with us shortly. What a pleasant experience we had. Marcus was very friendly and helpful. He answered any questions we had and gave my husband and I the space to really look at the apartment and talk with each other privately

I have been in these apartments for a few years and this management has been rude as I ever seen before. The staff are very rude and very defensive when trying to get my last pro rated payment. Every time you walk in they look like they had a ruff day or maybe just don't like their jobs. The worst ever!! They actually put me out office saying I was rude only for asking about a key that was lost that neither couldn't give answer. Three staff and neither understood my question.

From the beginning this apartment complex was a nightmare. When we moved in the apartment was dirty (see pictures). There was hair everywhere, roaches, and stains on the counters/floors. On move in day, we provided the apartment with a check for first month's rent and other move in fees. At 5pm (3 hours after move in and dropping the check off) we received this message from the apartment complex "This is Cesar again... sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately we could not use the check to pay the Move In totals our system its not working for checks, we expect a Money Order of $XXXX

I was going to see about getting an apartment here and had a horrible experience. The staff was RUDE, the property was FILTHY WITH TRASH OVER FLOWING EVERYWHERE, broken vehicles without tires, broken gates… etc. The model I was shown had a disgusting smell. Honestly one of the worst properties I have ever went to visit. They barely ever answer the phone so I could imagine how frustrated the tenants here must feel. The only star I could give was one, and I only give that because the location. Other than that, I’ll keep looking. Tuscany apartments really should do better.

This is such an amazing place to choose as your new home. They are extremely nice and they help you throughout every step. My enrollment was handled by Marcus which was helping me throughout the whole paperwork and was always checking to see if I had any question make sure he was there to answer anything he was so welcoming and was the best person who can help u get a new home.

I hate living here the driers dont work the fridge doesn't work we've had water leaked in out bathroom and our closet it takes maintenance at least a week to get here to just check it out and then another couple days to fix the problem. The staff sucks and dont know what their doing they are not helpful at all. Half the time you have trouble trying to reach the office. And the people that live here leave trash everywhere like everywhere DONT LIVE HERE IT SUCKS!!!
