Before taking up the mantle of Chinese medicine he was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where upon graduation, he spent fifteen years as a professional chef in New York City, Baltimore, and Orlando.His culinary experience has allowed him to have a unique perspective in food as it correlates to Chinese medicine.

So we will be implementing a different way to deliver the fees for services rendered. All stated fees will be considered customary suggested fees.
