We're a little different here at MP Plastic Surgery. Our goal is to help you achieve yours, so listening is what we specialize in. Kacie is from Honolulu, Hawaii and came to Fort Worth to attend Texas Christian University, where she graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology.

This Doctor Pekarev is a danger!! He has 3 patients currently in home health care with MASSIVE injuries under infection treatment. One has a hole the size of a fist with extreme depth, another one had an open wound of over 20 cm!!! He doesn’t care about his patients or how they do after surgery. He keeps on making mistakes that are life damaging to others, doesn’t take responsibility, and just sends them to home health and have other people deal with it. It is disgusting and quite frankly scary! My suggestion is do ur research very very well and find a better doctor that will actually care

This is an excellent facility and staff. Dr Pekarev has a wonderful personality, excellent bedside manner and very professional. He is full of energy and so good about answering questions and telling you exactly what to expect. His staff are all wonderful girls with such pleasant attitudes. From day one I have felt very welcomed and treated with such kindness. I am more than pleased with Dr Max and all of his staff. I am honored to give them a 100% recommendation.

Dr. Max is the absolute best! He is so kind and genuinely interested in getting to know his patients. The staff is incredible. They treat you like family. I’ve learned from talking to him that his passion lies in traumatic reconstruction and he serves many of the Fort Worth hospitals. You are most definitely in great hands with Dr. Max!

Was so impressed with this office! Dr. Pekarev was such a kind and skilled doctor, the front desk, ma’s, nurse all had a wonderful personality. My face needed stitches and it was taken care of promptly and with great care. My face healed wonderfully due to the doctors skilled hand. I would go back for any procedure.

My daughter was in a head on collision by another driver. He passed. She had severe injuries. According to the Trauma team, they don’t survive with her injuries. Unfortunately, she had no insurance and was taken to Texas Health. Dr Pekarev did some of her plastic surgery. Meeting him after surgery he made it clear in front of others waiting in surgery, she would need follow up care in a year. She would have to have insurance. Another Dr completed her plastic surgery and work on covering her stomach. The hospital put on the discharge summary to follow up with Pekarev. She had insurance at this
