Terrible support Inpaid 2,000 a month for horrible support. They never responded or came out and fixed issues. Also charged over this amount for "projects" buyer beware total rip off. Oh and we only had 9 users

I made every effort to completely avoid having to write this review, but it has to be done. My former employer used them for several months, after I chose them for our IT services, before I became unbelievably frustrated with their utter lack of communication by their staff. After agreeing to let the company out of the contract for "cause", they are now giving my former employer a hard time about cancelling the services, demanding documentation. So here I am to tell you all about my 4-month adventure with PRN. The help desk side of things was ok, according to employees, but the administration

How weird it is that out of ALL the reviews i leave positive OR negative that THIS is the ONLY 1 that yelp consistently removes within hours after the fact, oh well ill just keep posting a review of how awful they are. Needed some hard drives smashed & stuff like that but they didnt do that like they said they would now im on the run from Johnny law after the bleach bit the hard drives
