Dr. Nilova graduated from the St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia. After relocating to the United States she passed the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her residency and training were both in St. Petersburg (with a fellowship in pediatric infectious diseases) and Mt.

Medicaid is changing. There are new Medicaid insurance health plans coming to North Carolina and you will need to choose a Medicaid insurance plan so that you or your child can continue to be seen by our office. Holly Springs Pediatrics is participating in all 5 Health Plans that are contracted with Medicaid managed care.
