My experience with pacific hearing care has been excellent, every time, in everyway. this is a real quality business. they go the extra mile to be sure the customer is satisfied and that every question or need is addressed. having never needed hearing aids before i had some apprehension before my appointment. i listened and watched carefully and asked alot of questions. i had complete confidence in PHC after my initial appointment and have continued to have complete confidence in them. i have had my hearing aids about a year. i am very pleased with the service and care i have received from PHC

While visiting my Son my hearing aid tube broke by the ear molding. I called Pacific Hearing Care on a Saturday morning the lady answered Hello, instead of saying this is "Pacific Hearing Care" ...she wasn't to friendly to start with, but once I explained that I was here visiting from Wisconsin she immediately said she could get me in to fix my hearing aid right away.
I feel lost when its not working properly. Thank You So much it really means a lot when a hearing aid is in working order!!!
