What is your cancellation policy?

We allow a 15-minute grace period. Late arrivals may forfeit appointments at the technician's discretion to maintain schedule integrity for other clients.

All the techs are professional and the location is clean. My mani's last over 3 weeks and my pedis easily 6 weeks. If I ever had a problem with a nail they fixed it. They have so many options to customize your nails and even offer the best hand painted designs. They do their best to keep to appointment times so there's no extra waiting around when you're the next client. The waterless pedicure is so much more sanitary than a typical bowl of water, give it a try!
