Poor customer service, serigos employee Jeremy failed to read very simple instructions on how to park my non running vehicle. When I called Jeremy to tell him I was very unhappy with his service & he needs to make it right. He told me it's not his problem and to tell Sergios Towing about it. So I told Sergio and ask to see a pic of the park job. So I send him a pic and he says he will make it right in the morning. Sergio himself dropped the ball and refused to make it right. I will no longer use this company as im very unhappy he can't make the situation right. I now have to find

Sergio picked up my mom who was stranded on the expressway in 20 min of calling him for his services. It was shockingly expensive but I expressed my concern and he was quick and extremely courteous. Thank you!

Terrible customer service, never responded in 24 hours. Never spoke to anyone on the phone and i've called 5 times. Ridiculous. Use a different company

No stars. Whats so ever This guy wont call you before he gets your car. Took over 2 hrs for him to respond and said i got yiur car. BS You dont do that if you dont call back. And then block my calls. Dont be a fool and use this company. Sergio can f off hope he closes down
