For Full Service, On-Site Events, our kitchen staff, waitstaff and bar staff will arrive at your site with all equipment needed. Our Event Planners will customize a menu for you (on your budget) and arrange for tables, chairs, linens, rentals, entertainment, decor, lighting and anything else needed to make your event a special one!

What We Do

We'll provide the staff and everything you need to throw the event of your dreams at the location of your choice. Full Service sample menus can be found on the website, but please keep in mind that we will customize your menu based on your likes, budget and the spirit of the season. You're only going to do this once, we've been doing it for 70 years!

French brie with apricot or raspberry preserves wrapped in crispy puff pastry served with toast rounds. Sweet & dill pickles, black and green olives, carrot and celery sticks, radishes, cherry & pepperoncini peppers. Fresh mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil sliced and drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Our Deli & Sandwich Shop offers a variety of Hot or Cold Sandwiches, Wraps, Panini, Fresh-Made Green Salads, Homemade Soups (made with real bone or vegetable broth) and more for lunch or dinner. Grilled Chicken, jalapeno cheese, crisp romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, onion with zesty chipotle mayo. Grilled Chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing.
