Words cannot express how grateful I am to have bought a new car from Amigo Toyota. Let alone, it was a Sequoia TRD Pro, limited supply and high demand, that was purchased there. The transaction was seamless as we had to fly into NM from CA. The Dealership was gracious enough to pick my wife and I up instead of having us rent a car and even provided lunch (Navajo Tacos). Working with George Smith in Sales was as easy as can be. All paperwork was done prior to my arrival so if it wasn't for lunch, mingling with the other guys (great conversations too), Jerry & Jonathan, then we would've been out

The worst place to buy a car when car needs servicing while still under warranty. Car was dropped off and manager kept saying part is on order for over a week and ultimately did nothing even though there was recall for defect. They kept trying to take advantage of elder on tight budget saying it would be no cost then later while attempting to service car gave an exorbitant estimate. Ultimately the manager refused service, blaming elder for causing whatever they claim is unserviceable. If google allowed no stars, this place deserves none. The car has been traded in for new car in Albuquerque. Avoid

We bought a new 2015 Toyota RAV from this dealership. Service/maintenance was horrible as they only kept up on some of the necessary maintenance. When transmission went bad last month, they charged us over 4K to replace it. The kicker is that when we picked up the vehicle, these low life's didn't even wash the car for us after we paid over 4K. Very different service from American Toyota in Albuquerque, NM. Don't buy vehicles from Amigo. David Baca Jr.

By far the worst experience I have had trying to buy a new car. We have bought three other cars from the Chevy dealership and no problems. Here we got the run around by Reyes, no follow through and when we spoke with the sales manager John Chavez, he didn't care he lost a customer. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The parts department employees lack any skills. Poor communication and comprehension. The parts sales people like to say condescending remarks. I ordered parts and they tried to make it sound so complex to repair. I remarked I work for a Global Aerospace company and I know about moving parts of a vehicle. Like all comments the management will laugh about it and brush it off.

Every time I try to do anything with Amigo Toyota they seem to like brush me off as if they do not want my business. I would give them a minus star if they had one. Not sure I trust them to fix my car or not. I bought tires from them two years ago no follow up, no offer to rotate them. Nothing. A BIG FLAT ZERO! Today I tried to call them cuz my car is broke and they won't even answer the phone!, I did get ahold of an agent who blew me off and didn't even really read when I texted her. Boo AMIGO TOYOTA
