This family dental practice was established 70 years ago-in 1951-by Dr. Bryant 'Alf' Alder in the medical/Dental Building in downtown Portland. After a few years he made a bold move to NE 20th and Sandy (across from Jantzen Woolen Mills), one of the first dental practices outside of downtown Portland.

Dr. Jerem J. Mitchell grew up in the Beaverton, Oregon area and graduated from Sunset High School. Dr. Mitchell completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University where he met his wife Amy. Following graduation, Dr. Mitchell pursued his dental degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University where he graduated with honors.
