I have been going to HotLocks in North Falmouth for about six years now. Can’t say enough about Rosann, the aesthetician (and Savannah!). They take special care, are extremely diligent, and know their profession.
Liz and Megan are great at my hair styling, especially when I don’t communicate my ideas that well!
Carol and Sonny run the business well making sure cleanliness and staffing are up to par.
Seeing Jane and Gina’s friendly faces at the desk are a big welcome after a hectic day!

I went in for a consult on having fillers in my lips, something I have been wanting to do for years but always hesitated. Leanne, the medical injector here at Hotlocks, was incredibly helpful, intelligent and… confident in helping me make the decision for what kind of look and filler I was looking for. $50 for the stylist to blow dry my hair with her fingers. I paid for a blow out. I certainly didn’t get that. She complained that my hair was too tangly yet she didn’t brush it out when it was wet. I asked her… to put some curls in as I had a Christmas party to go to and they were falling out faster than she could curl them. My hair doesn’t have a problem holding curl when done right. Then again she used her fingers to toss my hair about tangling it and making it frizzy. I could see the look on the other stylists faces that my hair looked terrible and it did. Very very

They turned my hair gray (for a low price of $345 + a $25 tip!) when I was supposed to go with blonde highlights. This place is incredibly overpriced and pushy. I went in the next day to see what they had to say and as soon as I walked in they said "she's back" in the most annoyed voice. Almost as if they were talking about me before I came in. Don't even get me started on the lady who does 'manicures'. Save your $and go anywhere else.

My hair will take YEARS to heal this damage--- stylist used 50 volume developer on my highlights because it was taking too long to 'lift'... under a dryer... without asking or advising me of the consequences. When the assistant combed my hair after washing it, there was a mountain of bleached, straw collecting in it as my hair came off with each stroke. Seeing this, the stylist grabbed a brush and turned the chair around. Find a place that puts the health of your hair over the time in the chair...
