Don't get a CPAP machine here they will not tell you that there are serious delays. I am going on one month and nothing. Just really negligent if you ask me.

Mom went two weeks without breathing treatments. Was told several times its in the mail. Was also told there wasnt a tracking number to give in order to see where the meds were. Then she was told today they were waiting on doctor for order. End stage COPD without breathing treatments. No help
And no care. People on phone were rude and hateful. She called me crying. Had this happen a month ago with her blood pressure meds and couldnt get it filled with another pharmacy because it was already billed with MCR. She had to cash pay for meds after going two weeks without meds. Told again

Again poor customer service you call in a script refill and all you get is okay thanks bye click! At least Wal-Mart pharmacy has the courtesy of taking the time to say okay so and so your script will be ready at such time

I got lucky and found The Prescription Shop first. That was in 2003. I never had any need or desire to look any further. When problems arise (and they will, anywhere). They have always been dealt with professionally and %100 satisfactorily.
