Disappointed with the way the technicians handled my senior cat with arthritis. Handled him roughly, jabbed him with needles multiple times, made negative comments about him, put a covering over his face, and had him all upset. He was calm in the past until we started taking him here. We were patients for over a year and still had a long wait time to get an appointment even after his condition deteriorated.

My dog became super sick. The vets at East Suburban were thorough, informative, and kind. My girl ended up in doggie ER, and East Suburban called me the next day to check up on her - so sweet!
