Our buttercream decorated cakes travel perfectly in the refrigeration, even on those hot, butter-melting days! We've created a sweets oasis in the heart of Macungie. As one of the oldest buildings in town, we designed a wide, tree-shaded patio and a modern, but traditionally charming interior where you can come and enjoy a sweet and cup of coffee in an intimate setting.

Colleen is a graduate of the highest honors from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. She has over 25 years' experience in the pastry industry. To enhance her pastry experience, she did her externship with the well-known Gail Watson Custom Cakes in Manhattan after which, she was awarded a scholarship thru Les Dames d'Escoffier (New York Chapter).

Wedding Cakes

All wedding cakes are created with four layers of cake and three layers of filling. You pick two flavors off our list of cakes which are prepared by the chef. The cake is designed to the bride's specifications and sized to the amount of people it will serve. A sketch of the design is drawn and approved by the bride and groom.
