A+ MediTrans provides door-to-door services to assist clients that have limited physical mobility. Our qualified drivers recognize the importance of assisting these individuals with great care to ensure safe and comfortable transport.
Our drivers are trained to retrieve these clients from the door of their homes and to physically assist them in their motions towards safe securement inside our vehicles and again from our vehicles to their safe placement within the medical facilities.Lack of complete physically mobility renders these individuals vulnerable, therefore, they depend on the assistance of our drivers for their mobility.

Transit disabled clients are assured a safe and secure method of transport in our wheelchair accessible vans, equipped with wheelchair lifts and proper safety securement features including wheelchair restraints. If needed wheelchairs can be provided to clients when requested at the time of appointment booking.
School Bus Transportation

A+ MediTrans proudly provides school bus transportation throughout the Capital Region on a contractual basis. Our school bus services include transportation of pre-school aged children under the age of five that have identified developmental disabilities. Our child passengers require a great level of devotion, care and protection to ensure safe and enjoyable transport to school and back.
