Our experience was terrible. Driver was 30 minutes late and we called and was told vehicle was broken down and could't give us an expected time of pick up. I was dealing with a terminal sibling that needed transport and this was very stressful. I finally got another transport but now to add insult to injury charges for a transport that never happened appeared on my charge card. Also every time I have called, the wait times are in excess of 15 minutes.

I have been using A+ meditrans for a very long time. Lately though they went downhill. And this has nothing absolutely nothing to do with COVID-19. This has everything to do with the drivers that won't say hello to you when you get into the cab. The ones that have their music up so loud you can't hear yourself think. And I personally don't care about that. But I'm sure the elderly people that were in the van with me do care. Some of the drivers are very unsafe on the roads. We even had one stop at a school because she saw her husband or boyfriend picking up their child and she

I've been using A+ as my go-to medical transportation company for my mom for over a year now, and I have nothing but good things to say. Excellent service. We used them 2x's so far and each was very good. The 2nd gentleman we had, Jerrett, was absolutely outstanding. Very caring, complete gentleman, understaning of my husband's needs and very strong as my husband is a big man. Jerrett had no problem getting him up the steps to front door and one step into my front door in a wheelchair. I recommend this group as a top notch company.
