Even on their day off they responded to my inquiry within minutes. And when I mentioned that I had inherited the house after my mom passed away, their first response was to say sorry to hear about your mom. Their caring professionalism is 'Top Notch' and their quality of work was fantastic. They paid attention to details I had not even thought of. They told me about the strengths of the house as well as the needed maintenance. Their communication was amazing, letting me know when they had finished the inspection, verbally gave me highlights of their inspection and they had the report to me within

Very thorough! We had a great experience using them. We got an inspection on our home that we reside in. Just to keep up on maintenance on our home so it stays in great condition. Both men were very respectful. One was training and the other was teaching but both were fantastic. We will definitely go through them in 4-5 years when we do another inspection.
