I used All Copy/Verticomm one time to service a machine. The tech quoted $130 when he finished after about 45 min. I paid when he finished. A month later I am getting a bill for over $200. Nobody is in the office at 130pm to discuss, and the owners assistant hung up on me when she was rude and I asked her what her name is. I think this is unprofessional.
