Hillview Health and Rehabilitation provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, as well as home-based services, in Elizabethton, Tennessee. We have been serving the Carter County Community and surrounding area, including Johnson City, since 1965. We are located in a quiet, residential setting and are approximately five minutes from Sycamore Shoals Hospital.

Hillview Health Center's Home Community Based Services are delivered daily by a separate trained staff who provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, hair care, personal hygiene, dressing assistance, plus the run of essential errands like prescription pickup and grocery shopping.
