I spent six years with the middle market business development practice of KPMG Peat Marwick, working in both the audit and tax areas. I spent another seven years as a tax manager with Citrin Cooperman and Company. I am a CPA with a BA in Economics from UC Santa Cruz and an MBA from Rutgers University.
