It is my passion to help my clients and couples find relief and make real lasting change. I use cutting-edge, effective treatment approaches that are based on current research and tailored to your needs whether that be couples counseling, marriage therapy or individual counseling. It is often hard to know when it is the right time to seek help.

Sometimes we recognize things are feeling out of control. Other times a spouse, friend or family member will notice things which may be hard for us to see ourselves. It might be useful to talk to a professional who can help you work on finding some relief. It is my goal to create an environment in which you feel comfortable, heard and understood.

With these approaches we begin to identify the patterns, emotions and thoughts that hold you captive in repetitive and painful experiences that you are having today.

Therefore, I strongly recommend you interview your potential therapist over the phone and then ask yourself whether you felt connected, heard, understood, and supported. Many of my clients report feeling relief after the first phone call.
