There is just better value for your money elsewhere. I love the staff but you can find much better coverage and at a lot lower price somewhere else.

They understand they can charge fees at every payment and are not scared to do so. Get a smaller business that does not charge fees at every turn. For example, I have my insurance with Claudette Robbins and the staff is just as friendly and responsive and they do not charge fees at every turn. Find a smaller agent who looks out for you not themselves!

I had to cancel my policy and they would not give me my money back. Came up with all types of different fees that wasnt even on my paper work and decided that they wasnt giving me back my 200+ money . I do not recommend this business to ANYONE
