This property is very beautiful and well maintained! I was taken back honestly, it felt very homey and peaceful. But the best part was Russ! He is truly amazing and is the epitome of not only a leasing agent but a human being. I cant wait to call this place home.

I requested to have my carpet replaced. Management did a walk through in my apartment and assessed the carpet. The contractors that came out were very prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous.

Update: I moved out after 2 years of living there and now have $6500 move out fee because of office miscommunication. Not to mention a persistent bat issue that took over a year to fix. And was only fixed because I sent a newspaper article of a woman suing her complex over a bat infestation. Its safe and decently maintained but the end results arent worth it.
Update: Ive been here for 6 months and love it! When I first moved in there was some noise issues, but Tammy quickly resolved it! Yes the apartments are not brand new but they are clean and maintenance works very quickly to resolve

So for about two years I struggled finding a place to live. With my credit and my short and rocky rental history it felt impossible. I wanted a place to call my own. I was referred to 9900 Memorial. I came in one day to check it out and met Matteo. He exceeded my expectations. He made the whole process easy on me. And I fell in love with the place and wanted to move in so bad. He helped calm me down because I was so sure I was going to get denied. He was kind and compassionate. He worked so hard to help me and now Ill be calling 9900 memorial apartments my home!
