Our exams include advanced diagnostics for early identification of conditions like glaucoma and macular degeneration. Patients receive personalized recommendations for corrective lenses or medical interventions.
Cataract Surgery
Modern cataract surgery utilizes premium intraocular lenses and minimally invasive techniques for quick recovery. We manage pre-operative evaluations, surgical procedures, and post-operative care to restore clear vision. Advanced options include multifocal lenses for reduced dependence on glasses.
Glaucoma Management
Specialized treatment plans for glaucoma include medicated eye drops, laser therapies, and surgical interventions. We monitor intraocular pressure and optic nerve health to prevent vision loss. Individualized care ensures effective disease management tailored to patient needs.
Dry Eye Treatment
Targeted therapies address dry eye symptoms through advanced diagnostics and customized treatment regimens. Options include prescription medications, punctal plugs, and lifestyle modifications to improve tear production and ocular comfort.

Was not pleased. First time coming here and firstly, I felt the waiting room was too crowded during a pandemic. No 6 feet guidelines. The place is also outdated. The doctor that I saw was nice and friendly. When my glasses were ready for pickup they did not call me like they said they would be when they were ready. If I did not call them to check on them, I would still be waiting. They never answer their phone as well. I was not pleased with them - wont be returning.

I have been a patience @ Groate Eyecare, for many years. Today, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Chris Groate & his assistant, Chelsea, for the first time, as their new patient. Wow, what a difference and great experience! They both took time & in no way, made me feel that I was being rushed, through & afraid to ask questions. Both were very kind, sincere, & helpful! I am so glad to have them, as my Eye Care Specialists. Thank you, Dr. Chris & Chelsea!
