Upon entering the Miniaci Chiropractic & Acupuncture Center, LLC, our "Front Desk Coordinator" will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you sign in and complete our "new patient forms". This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition as well as insurance information.

At this second visit to the Miniaci Chiropractic & Acupuncture Center, LLC, Dr. Keith will consult with you to discuss his finding. This is the visit when your first Chiropractic/Acupuncture treatment will begin and you will be on your way to better health and wellness.
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Miniaci will review and assess the consultation, exam, and x-rays (if taken) and get an overall picture of your health issues and how he will be able to help you.Dr. Miniaci will give you his recommendations for getting you on the road to better health and what his plan is for your treatment.
