2 Serve Solutions was formed in 2011 and incorporated in the State of West Virginia. In the fall of 2014, Kara Fort acquired the company and moved its headquarters to Southen Idaho. Six months later she obtained SBA HUBZone certification. 2 Serve was formed primarily as a technology and program management company.
