Flawless Customer Service!!!! I purchased one of their electric hole punchers through Amazon. It worked great for about 4 months. After that, it started to get stuck. I contacted Amazon and they referred me to Martin Yale. I left a message and received a call the next day. I was asked to complete one form and told that they would have me ship it to them to see if it could be fixed. I received an email the next day that they would just send me a new one. The new one arrived in less that a week of my initial contact with them.

Do not give them your money. Their paper cutter is a piece of junk and when I tried to exchange, I was responsible for shipping costs. Martin Yale deemed it as not defective, made an "adjustment" and sent back the same one, refusing to reimburse for shipping. After adjustment, it still sucks.

Do NOT purchase from this company. They sent me a gallon of glue, that was packaged very sloppily. The lid had about half a roll of tape on it in a poor attempt to secure the lid. I couldn't open it, after a half hour of trying. I emailed them and they said, you should be able to open it (after telling them I couldn't open it). Then when I asked for help they emailed me back and told me to package it and ship it back to them for a refund. No sense of customer service. I called and spoke with a manager and she just talked over me. Avoid this company.
