Prompt response, arrived on time, and repairs were done quickly. Tim even addresses a few other small issues that he identified while on the roof. Had a roof leak near a plumbing vent. It was hard to determine exactly where the leak was at. Tim came out and repaired the roof. The repair was top notch, replaced water barrier and shingles along with the vent. Looked wonderful. Also had Tim add two bathroom vents to the roof and he gave a lot of great advice about proper ventilation of the fans. He also went over all of the other pipes and vents and caulked them. Will definitely call again if I have any future problems.
