Some history on how Santa Barbara's longest-running tree care and landscape company came about. 60+ years and still going strong. Tom Gosnell, founder of Gosnell Tree, won the very first International Society of Arboriculture International Tree Climbing Championship in 1976 and became the world champion.
He was also in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the fastest tree climber in the world. Tom Gosnell and the Gosnell family have been an integral part of the Tree Care and Landscape community in Santa Barbara since 1959.
