Madison Health And Rehabilitation is a JOKE!!!! They are ALWAYS short on staff so the employees are killed and the residents are the ones who suffers!! Ive seen employees eating the residents feeders food because they cant talk to tell on them. Ive heard employees saying mean things to residents, Ive seen employees lie about giving resident showers. The people in the office falsify documents and Ive heard them ask other CNAs to falsify on charting when the CNA has no idea as to what the residents were doing because they wasnt at work so how would they know what they all ate,

Been here for over 4 years and it is my second home. All the staff is cool. upper management is easy to get along with and to talk to.
