I lived here during the pandemic. The staff was friendly and helpful in person, the location is perfect for anyone who wants access to Nicholasville Rd, Tates Creek, or Richmond Rd, and the landscaping is relatively well maintained. However, the staff is not timely in the least. Maintenance was often a week or so behind (most likely not their fault) meaning any fixes would be slow to come. The apartment itself was built slightly askew, meaning doors and windows were not parallel with the flooring. Very few of the electrical outlets could accept any of my devices, be it the paint that coated them

I know how people like to leave reviews only if they have a bad experience, so I wanted to leave a review based on my own personal experience. I moved in almost a year ago. When I got here that experience was not exactly what I expected, but I had moved from out of town and couldn't change. So I will be honest it was tough for a short time. Last summer we got new maintenance, another property manager and assistant, which was scary since I had experienced one change already and it was not a good one. Since they changed I have to say I have seen major improvements, not just for my repair requests

By far the worst place I've lived. If you like hearing your upstairs neighbors footsteps, you'll love this place. Management does nothing about complaints and chalks it up to "its an apartment there will be noise". Or my favorite "call the cops". Not the cops job to manage your buildings. Quite hours don't matter here and the constable is a joke. The included picture sums up the place, morons.

Maintenance staff never came when asked to come. Then they would just show up at random times without giving any kind of notice. One time never knocked on the door just tried unlocking the door and walking in while my teenage daughter was home by herself. The man still came in looked around but never did anything. Office staff hardly ever returned phone calls and they changed their email address without notifying residents. Had to go to the website in the contact us section just to hear from them. They had my rental car towed when I left a voicemail and email that I would have another car. They

Do not live here. First for starters we didn't get to move in on our move in date. The man in the office got sick and they didn't send anyone from the sister lot to come give us our keys. Then during quarantine the entire office was replaced without our knowledge. The whole quarantine our sink was broken and to this day our stove is still mostly broken. Our water closet roof and flooring is about to cave in due to the unit above is leaking down. Our heating and air unit was broken for a whole month and it caused some of our electronics to break due to the heat and all of our blinds broke. They

I've tried to think about something good to write about this place and there is nothing. Staff doesn't answer or call anyone back. Even after months of calling and leaving messages. Every outlet in the apartment is loose and it's hard to keep anything plugged in. The floor is not even and you can hear every step someone takes above you and even sounds below you because there is only a sub floor and not a real floor on top. Appliances dont work properly and you will not get any help to fix them

Great little apartments! The complex is well taken care of, the amenities are nice and the staff is absolutely wonderful!
The one bedroom is a cute layout, and has outlets everywhere which is great. The only complaint I really have is the walls are thing but you're gonna have that living in an apartment complex. Other wise decently priced!

I will say that, Hunter in the front office, was super helpful and very nice. He assisted me with all my questions and concerns. Gave me a great tour of the apartment and the grounds. Also was very patience with me about my time. I had to do everything in a timely manner and he was awesome about that. I am moving in next week and cant wait to be my new home!
