How long does a home inspection take?
Residential inspections typically take 2–3 hours depending on property size. Commercial inspections vary by building scale. Clients receive reports within 2 business days (10 for commercial).
Do you offer weekend inspections?
Yes, we schedule inspections Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM and Saturdays 9AM–12PM for buyer convenience.
What certifications does Lucent hold?
Our inspectors hold ASHI certification, HUD REAC credentials, and AHIT training. We follow state licensing standards for Illinois home inspectors.
