We experienced a situation where a ductless heat pump manufacturer didn't stand behind their product. The same parts failed four times within the warranty, and our warranty will be over after this replacement. Each time we were still responsible for the labor costs of the replacement. We upgraded to the heat pump for annual energy savings, which have in part been erased by the yearly replacement costs. Groth Gates listened to us, understood, and agreed with our assessment that such an unusual situation would merit a replacement. With a rarity like this for a manufacturer, it seems like a no-brainer

Great company, came to beach for weekend and furnace didnt work. Sent repairman out same day.He fixed what he could but vent needed cleaning and it was after dark. Got a call first thing in the next morning and had repairman out to clean the vents within the hour. Very pleasant, professional and experienced people. They will always be first on my list to call. Thank you.
