My initial evaluation is reflected below, however, there have been some updates. On my home inspection report, the report indicated that the crawl space was not inspected due to the size of the opening being too small. I would have nothing further to say if this was the only clear entrance to the crawlspace, but I found another one with adequate space for access on the back exterior of the home which should have been noted if the exterior was thoroughly inspected. It is easily accessible and much larger than the one discussed on the inspection. The reason I'm upset by this is because when

You can call him with any questions about the report or the inspection itself. He will tell you if something needs immediate attention or will need it in the near future.
