Rising Star Learning Center is a 3-star Quality SM Rated Child Care facility. Our teachers strive to assess the skills and progress of each child in the program by using observation notes and assessment tools. Annual parent-teacher conferences are mandatory. Rising Star Learning Center, Inc. was established in 2001 and is located in Southwest Cobb County.
We care for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age, Monday through Friday, 6:30AM - 6:30PM. We specialize in infants (six weeks -12 months), toddlers (12 months -36 months) and pre-schoolers (3 years -4 years old). In addition, our center offers the Georgia Lottery Pre-Kindergarten Program, Before and After School Care, Summer Camp for school age children and Inclusion care.

Rising Star Learning Center desires to be more than a child care center. We have established a working relationship with the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) in Cobb, Douglas, Carroll and Fulton County. We believe that it is vital for our center to accept parents who receive assistance from DFCS so that their child can be enrolled in a quality center and to give back to the community.
